Preserving Integrity, Clarity, and Global Vision

Centralized Leadership Structure

WAAS is a Founder-curated global physician network operating under a centralized leadership structure in order to preserve its integrity, clarity, and long-term global vision.

Organizational Boundaries:
  • WAAS does not operate regional or country chapters, independent branches, franchises, or decentralized structures of any kind.
  • WAAS does not appoint or recognize any International Directors, Regional Directors, Country Directors, Ambassadors, Representatives, CEO, CAO or similar titles unless formally and explicitly announced by WAAS Headquarters.
  • WAAS does not assign or recognize any official positions within the organization except for the Founder & President.
  • All organizational authority, structural decisions, brand usage approvals, and official appointments reside solely with the Founder & President and are announced exclusively by WAAS Headquarters through the official website.
Membership & Professional Criteria:
  • WAAS is a strictly physician-centered organization.
  • All members, contributors, and individuals involved in WAAS activities must be licensed medical doctors.
  • Non-physicians are not eligible for membership under any circumstances.
  • Exceptionally, a limited number of PhD-level researchers may be involved only for scientific collaboration, upon direct approval from WAAS Headquarters, and do not constitute membership.
ALS (Approved Aesthetic & Longevity Society):
  • WAAS may recognize selected independent regional societies as ALS, subject to strict approval by WAAS Headquarters.
  • An ALS is an independent Aesthetic & Longevity society operating within its own region and is not a branch, chapter, or subdivision of WAAS.
  • ALS recognition does not grant any authority to represent WAAS or act on its behalf.
  • Any use of the WAAS name, brand, or identity requires prior approval from WAAS Headquarters.

Use of the WAAS Name

Authorized Use and Official Recognition

Pre-Approval

Any event, meeting, summit, workshop, or activity using the name "WAAS" must be officially announced and approved by WAAS Headquarters.

Official Channels

Only events formally published through official WAAS channels are recognized as official WAAS events.

Strictly Prohibited

Any unauthorized use of the WAAS name, logo, or identity is strictly prohibited.

Communication Policy

Verified Channels for Global Expansion

As WAAS continues to expand internationally, instances of unauthorized individuals or accounts claiming affiliation have occasionally emerged.
This reflects the growing global recognition and reputation of WAAS.

All official communications are conducted exclusively through:

WAAS does not authorize any other individuals, representatives, agents, third-party accounts, or organizations to act on its behalf.

No Responsibility

WAAS cannot assume responsibility for communications, agreements, financial transactions, or representations made through unauthorized or unofficial channels.
